1. Services Provided

We offer computer repair, maintenance, data recovery, networking, and custom PC building services. All services are subject to availability and may require an appointment.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are provided upfront before work begins.
  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept [list payment methods, e.g., cash, credit card, PayPal].

3. Warranty on Services

  • Repairs come with a [30/60/90]-day limited service warranty (covers the same issue only).
  • Hardware warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s terms.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing issues or damage unrelated to the service performed.

4. Data Responsibility

While we take every precaution to protect your data, we are not responsible for data loss. Clients are encouraged to back up all important files before repair.

5. Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or downtime caused by technical issues.
  • Any physical damage caused by the client (e.g., drops, spills) is not covered under warranty.

6. Appointment Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
